📌 BIG NEWS

Bill Gates: "The Age of AI has begun"

Bill Gates just declared "The Age of AI has begun" in a seven-page letter he posted on his blog.

He explained how AI has the potential to change the world just like how the microprocessor, personal computer, internet, and mobile phone did in the past.

He also gave a shoutout to OpenAI's ChatGPT chatbot and even mentioned Google's Bard.

Gates thinks AI can be a real game-changer in various fields, like healthcare and education. It could also help tackle societal issues and inequity in some countries.

However, Gates also understands the concerns around AI, such as the risk of misuse and the possibility of superintelligent AI.

That's why he's urging governments, philanthropies, and businesses to work together to limit the risks of AI.

"To make the most of this fantastic new technology, we need to be careful and use it wisely," Gates wrote.
